Sobald dein Paket bei uns angekommen und geprüft ist, erstatten wir dir den Kaufbetrag über dein ursprüngliches Zahlungsmittel. In der Regel dauert das nicht länger als zehn Werktage. Falls es mal hakt – melde dich einfach.
Was ist vom Widerruf ausgeschlossen?
Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei:
- Individuell gefertigten oder personalisierten Artikeln, die auf deine persönlichen Wünsche zugeschnitten wurden
- Waren, die schnell verderben können oder deren Verfallsdatum schnell überschritten würde
- Versiegelten Waren aus Gründen des Gesundheitsschutzes oder der Hygiene, wenn die Versiegelung nach der Lieferung entfernt wurde
- Waren, die nach Lieferung untrennbar mit anderen Gütern vermischt wurden

Wertersatz Du kannst auch bereits benutzte, geöffnete oder beschädigte Ware im Rahmen deines Widerrufsrechts zurücksenden. Wenn der Artikel benutzt wurde und dadurch eine Wertminderung eingetreten ist, behalten wir uns vor, entsprechenden Wertersatz geltend zu machen.
Umtausch
Ein direkter Umtausch ist leider nicht möglich. Gib den Artikel einfach zurück und bestell dein Wunschprodukt neu – ganz unkompliziert.
